Les Hauts de Ratebout is situated in the Périgord-Noir. This area is unique for its wealth of history, architecture and gastronomy, all concentrated in over 60 prehistoric sites recognised worldwide. From the Sarlat and surrounding region, explore the International Prehistory Centre, and the valleys of the Vézère and the Dordogne. The landscapes have remained eternally beautiful since prehistoric times. Montignac, Lascaux, Font-de-Gaume, Les Eyzies, Le Bugue, Terrasson, Saint-Cyprien and Sarlat are just some of the many highlights of a prestigious array of places to visit. The chateaux in Montfort, Beynac and Castelnaud make ideal stops as you follow the historic trail through the Dordogne Valley.
Whether you come with your family, friends or a loved one, Les Hauts de Ratebout offers peace and calm in unspoilt surroundings and is the perfect starting point from which to explore this exceptional region.
Le Domaine des Hauts de Ratebout has a fantastic water park for young and old to spend their days making a splash! Two superb pools, including 1 heated covered pool. There are multiple slides, including a crazy Space Bowl for slightly older children (minimum length 1.20 m). Younger swimmers have the run of a dedicated playful water park, a brightly-coloured area with slides and fun waterfalls.
